Rosenthal Automotive Organization buys Honda, Acura, Mazda and Hyundai-Genesis dealerships

Sandler claimed the dealerships would be renamed Honda of Abington, Hyundai-Genesis of Abington, Mazda of Abington and Acura of Abington.

“Our firm appropriate now is on a trajectory to develop our business enterprise and we have been actively buying dealerships a ton in the earlier several decades,” George Liu, CEO of Rosenthal Automotive told Automotive Information. “We are however continuing on that path, so this particular acquisition was a great in shape due to the fact it consisted of brands that we currently owned and it was a purely natural healthy.”

Liu explained Rosenthal planned on generating facility updates to the merchants and employing schooling systems for workforce.

Sussman Automotive was household owned and operated in the Philadelphia spot for much more than 50 years prior to the sale, in accordance to the firm’s website. Sandler stated when Sussman Automotive in the long run made the decision to market, various other automotive teams submitted bids, but Rosenthal in the end won out.

“This is a spouse and children of honored, iconic Philadelphia automobile dealerships,” Sandler stated.

Sandler said Bel Air Associates earlier represented Sussman in a sale of 3 of its New Jersey merchants to Group 1 Automotive Inc. in 2006.

Sussman Automotive retained possession of Sussman Kia in Roslyn, Pa., Sandler claimed.

Rosenthal Automotive of Reston, Va. also has dealerships in Virginia and Maryland. It ranks No. 105 on Automotive News’ listing of the best 150 dealership groups dependent in the U.S., retailing 9,638 new autos in 2021.
