Wichita Falls Police say a number of folks were being wounded Saturday night as a crowd collected to enjoy the Bridge to Bridge motor vehicle cruise in the vicinity of Jacksboro Highway and Central Expressway.

The incident took place about 9 p.m. and multiple persons were wounded by a girl wielding a knife. They mentioned there was a group gathered to look at the cruise when a domestic disturbance transpired.
Four people had been hurt. 3 had been transported to the healthcare facility for non-everyday living-threatening knife accidents. The suspect left in a brown Chevy Malibu.

Police found the suspect automobile and built a website traffic end. The officer recognized blood on the car and observed the suspect, later on identified as Leenette Neil, in the passenger seat. She admitted to the assault and claimed she observed her boyfriend standing with yet another woman and they fought.
The boyfriend told law enforcement he was out with a woman pal when Neil arrived and knocked some tacos out of his woman friend’s hand and they started bodily battling.
Neil explained following the combat, she returned to her vehicle and found her daughter experienced arrive to her aid and was now concerned in the fight. She explained she grabbed a knife from her automobile and stabbed many people while hoping to support her daughter.
Law enforcement transported Neil to the medical center to be treated for accidental self-inflicted accidents induced by the knife during the assault. She is charged with four counts of aggravated assault with a lethal weapon. She also experienced a warrant for her arrest for an unrelated cost. Her bond was established at $102,500 by a decide.
The Bridge to Bridge Cruise was proven in 2019 to benefit the Wichita Falls Veterans Wellness Center.
