Female indicted for drunk driving with kid in automobile | Local Information

BATAVIA — A Byron woman was indicted on felony rates for allegedly driving drunk with a child in the motor vehicle.

Taylor K. Laid, 27, of Mechanic Road is billed with two counts of felony aggravated DWI below Leandra’s Legislation and felony aggravated unlicensed operation.

She was stopped Could 28 in Batavia.

Other indictments submitted by a Genesee County grand jury:

n Amanda M. Webb, 31, of Batavia is billed with felony felony mischief and harassment. She accused of damaging a vehicle and hitting a girl.

n Joshua G. Bachorski, 37, is billed with next-degree burglary, 3rd-degree burglary and petit larceny.

Bachorski, who is on parole right after serving a prison time period for dealing crack cocaine, is accused of coming into a house and outbuilding on Pearl Road and stealing a lawn mower on Oct. 20.

n Chad M. Putney, no age or tackle available, is billed with felony aggravated unlicensed operation and two counts of misdemeanor DWI.

n Lawrence D. Williams Sr., 60, of Ross Avenue is charged with 1st-diploma felony possession of a forged instrument for allegedly possessing a phony $100 bill.

n Jorge L. Rodriguez, no age or tackle available, is charged with 2nd-degree felony mischief and reckless endangerment for allegedly damaging a automobile by ramming it with his automobile, with a man or woman standing among the two cars although on the Thruway Aug. 22.
