Female dies immediately after vehicle flies off PCH into the surf

A vehicle flew off the Pacific Coast Freeway early Monday, landing upside down in the surf at Thornhill Broome Beach front in Ventura County and killing the driver, authorities explained.

Ventura County Hearth Section rescuers responded to the phone all-around 1:40 a.m. Monday.
