Chiddingstone Castle set to host their Classic Car Show on National Drive It Day to help support Childline charity

Meet fellow car or truck fanatics and swap Travel It Working day tales at Chiddingstone Castle’s Vintage Automobile Present.

The castle grounds, which sit quietly just exterior of Edenbridge, will welcome a huge vary of classic cars on Sunday, April 24.

All those who want to clearly show off their basic cars and trucks will be guided onto the castle’s vibrant garden, exactly where they can park up for a working day of motors and memorabilia.

The auto show will take position on Nationwide Travel It Day, which encourages basic auto and bike fanatics to appear with each other in aid of a charity – this year, the event will be elevating cash for Childline.

On the working day, visitors can buy formal 2022 Rally Plates, among other items, to support increase cash for the NSPCC company. There is also a Just Supplying webpage established up on line for those people who would like to donate ahead of time.

Organisers are also encouraging website visitors to share shots of their automobiles at the display on social media with the hashtags #driveitdaychiddingstonecastle and #driveitdaychildline to aid elevate recognition.

In the course of the working day, site visitors can wander the beautiful grounds and examine the lake and woodlands, find the intriguing collections inside the property, take pleasure in afternoon tea in the tea rooms and be a part of the stay jazz band in the Orangery.

The vehicle exhibit can take position at Chiddingstone Castle on Sunday, April 24 from 11am to 4pm. Admission charges £10 for motorists and £8.50 for passengers. E book online here.
