Bicycle owner, 79, dies days following crashing into auto in Lake Worthy of Beach

Elnathan Allen Ross, 79, of Lake Well worth Seaside, died in the clinic, 9 days just after his bicycle struck a auto, causing him to strike the pavement, the Palm Seashore County Sheriff’s Business office reported.

In accordance to the crash report, Elnathan Allen Ross was using downhill in the bicycle lane on Lucerne Avenue, heading west towards North Golfview Street about 10:30 a.m., Jan. 20.

Helena Guile, 80, of Lake Worthy of Seashore, was at the wheel of a 2014 Honda Civic that experienced stopped at the intersection.

When she ongoing south on Golfview Road one more car or truck minimize her off so she strike the brakes. Ross was touring too quickly to stop in time and his bicycle hit the again of the Honda, ejecting him on to the trunk before landing on his again on the pavement, investigators said.

Ross was donning a helmet and was taken to Delray Medical Center with injuries. On the other hand, he died of his accidents about 3:41 p.m. Friday, the report mentioned.
