A boy’s brotherly instincts kicked in at the appropriate time to persuade a vehicle thief to allow him and his siblings out of their van.
Sunday, Minneapolis law enforcement say a car or truck was stolen in close proximity to Lake Street & 12th Avenue South with five young children inside of — Edwin Rivera, an 11-yr-outdated from Minneapolis, was one particular of the little ones and his four brothers were the many others.
“He claimed that he wanted the auto, that’s all,” Rivera claimed about the man or woman who stole his family’s van, adding: “I advised him that if he wished it he could get it, but just to permit us go.”
