Sunday, Minneapolis law enforcement say a car or truck was stolen in close proximity to Lake Street & 12th Avenue South with five young children inside of — Edwin Rivera, an 11-yr-outdated from Minneapolis, was one particular of the little ones and his four brothers were the many others.
